1. General Policy
All sales made by Vertex and Arcane are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds for products or services purchased through our website or any other sales channel. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return/no-refund policy.
2. Hygiene Considerations
For hygiene and safety purposes, products, including but not limited to personal care items, opened packages, and items that have been worn, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality for our customers.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving the product. We may offer a replacement or issue a refund at our sole discretion, subject to the nature of the issue. This does not apply to products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are considered final once confirmed and payment is processed.
