These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lebanon, in accordance with the rules of the Lebanese Law. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a trial by jury or class action.

Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Warranty ensures your stainless steel jewelry is free from defects in material or craftsmanship for as long as you own it. If your item becomes defective due to workmanship or material issues, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear: Over time, even the most durable jewelry may experience slight changes in appearance from regular use, which is not covered by the warranty.
Accidental damage: This includes damage from mishandling, impacts, scratches, or dropping.
Alterations: Any repairs or alterations made to the jewelry by someone other than our authorized staff will void the warranty.
Loss or theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals: This includes perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and other harsh substances.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons): Earrings are generally not eligible for return or warranty claims unless they are defective upon arrival.

3. Warranty Claim Process
To claim your warranty:

Contact our customer service team via email at hello@vertexarcane.com with proof of purchase (receipt, order number).
Provide a description of the issue with the jewelry.
We may request that you send the item to us for inspection.

4. Replacement or Repair
If your jewelry qualifies for a warranty claim, we will either:

Repair the item to its original condition.
Replace it with an identical item or, if unavailable, a similar item of equal value.

5. Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective jewelry. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or loss of use.

6. Transferability
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the item.

7. Warranty Period
The lifetime warranty is valid for the lifetime of the jewelry as long as the original purchaser owns it, but it is subject to the exclusions and conditions outlined above.
